I'm Barrie - I'm a full-time photographer, so I don't work for free or give my work away.

I'm not particularly active here on MM and you'll be disappointed if you need me to validate your existence by reciprocating a tag or comment. Please message me if you need my attention.

I teach a number of classes at my studio in West Lothian, so I'm occasionally looking for models (both male and female) - that's paid work, so reliability is key. If you're interested in that opportunity and think you are a suitable fit then please get in touch to arrange a test shoot (I rarely book a model for a class that I've not worked with before).

I also host regular model studio days at the studio. We've been running them a long time and will book and sell dates up to a year in advance.

I rarely shoot TF*, but I might consider an test shoot if I like your look and you can demonstrate commitment and the ability communicate. If you do want to test with me, you need to be prepared to work to the levels of lingerie (or preferably fashion nude).

I'll always shoot for pay.

I have zero tolerance for flakes, rudeness, over inflated egos or bad manners. Other than that, you'll actually find me easy going and fun to work with.

My real business is shooting fine art and portraiture - babies, kids, families, individuals and boudoir. I even teach other photographers at my studio in central Scotland.

My friends list isn't a bunch of anonymous strangers - it's people I know or people I'm arranging to work with. If you're not prepared to introduce yourself or interact with me, don't expect me to add you as a friend.
