I have a little experience with some active enthusiasts, but no experience with any professionals. I tend to attract projects with a darker or harder look based on the pictures I already have, but I'm willing to "lighten up", branch out, and try different looks. P.S. I'm a total rocker/metal chick who plays guitar, and think that photoshoots of that nature would be a blast. I've also played viola since I was 10, and that can make for a good prop too. I like taking at least some direction when shooting, due to my lack of experience. Thus far, I have done all my own makeup and hair - my hair is very long so there are options to do stuff, but it's so long I can't do much with it myself, other than have it down and long, or simple things like pony tail, braids, curled (it's naturally curly, but I usually straighten it for shoots). I have a large tattoo on my left calf, and another on my right foot, piercings are only 3 in each earlobe. I don't go to shoots alone; I will be accompanied by my husband. Weekends work for me, and I need a little notice to get myself prepared (plan/purchase clothing, makeup, hair, etc). I'm interested in working with whoever, so long as the vibe is right and the ideas are cool, but have no interest in doing anything with nudity - that's not what I'm here for; implied nudity is a possibility, but probably not the first time I work with someone - that's beyond my comfort level at this point. I don't have tons of money to pay photographers, but I don't really expect payment in return - I just want pics, and if other compensation is appropriate, cool.
