Hi my name is Kim Birtch. I'm a national level bodybuilder. I now compete in Fitness/Figure. I've done photo shoots for several female bodybuilder sites. I've had pictures in Muscle Mag International, Ironman Magazine, and Planet Muscle. I hope to gain exposure & insight through this site.

For as long as I can remember I have been involved in athletics/fitness/healthy living...I am interested in physique modeling, artistic modeling, acting and am not afraid to venture out.

I enjoy hard training and spend much of my time doing so.

Me/Insight on life:

For life is what I make it. Although it may be a series of events/choices its movement toward everlasting happiness...my happiness is in the movement!

I choose to live my life without regret. All that I encounter/experience is part of my growth...it allows for positive direction, forward movement. I consider myself a woman of integrity & poise...laughing, loving, living.

I try to be an example of determination, strength, and progress...
