About Me

I've worked in the photo industry for nearly 20 years. I got my start as a professional retoucher, and--over the years--have been the staff photographer at a large corporation and a photo studio manager.

Although I'm very comfortable using digital gear, lately I've been concentrating on shooting with medium and large format film and attempting to control every aspect of the finished print. This includes things like the choice of film, the developer I use, development time, etc., and extends into how my prints are made in the darkroom.

My work is occasionally published or shown in galleries, but mostly I'm here because I'm always trying to be better at what I do.

I've been working in the industry for many years throughout Australia, New Zealand & Europe in various styles, have been featured in many magazines/galleries & have also completed a certificate in make up artistry.
