I got into photography when my daughter was born. it started with just a desire to document her as she grows. i found myself enjoying photography more and more, so i eventually upgraded cameras and learned how to take better photos. now im at the point where it is my passion. still building my equipment up, but can accomplish most everything i want with what i have. as far as my style, i love doing portraits and landscapes, but as part of my personality, im more out for catching the excitement in things. i was a paramedic for 12 years, so i am a type "A" personality and adrenaline junky. my favorite thing to photograph is either people or storms. currently i am using a Nikon d300s, an array of lens, and currently working on my flash and strobe kits. i dont know if you would say i have a style or whatever, but i grew up with a artist as a parent, and have been around alot of photography and art my whole life. i also prefer my photos to look real. i am not a fan of alot of photo-shop stuff. sometimes it does come in handy, but i prefer the real appearance most of the time. a photographer that does alot of photo-shop is not a photographer but a graphic designer. and that is my opinion.

i believe that regardless of who i shoot that they should always at least get a copy of what i do. so anytime i shoot or have shot anyone, they will get a copy of the raw image and the edited, on a cd. i do not print myself, but have someone do it for me. i do all the editing and shooting. my belief is that it is only right, however, edited photos will be watermarked.
