My name is Francis Serrano, 30 and currently living in Elmhurst, NY.

I'm a Photographer.
A US Navy Veteran.

I caught the photography bug at such a young age and this creative disease went dormant only to be awoken by the incessant need to document my travels and experiences in the US Navy. I started shooting the usual stuff, boats [ships(navy jargon)], planes, places we've visited (lots of landscape shots),and people (drunk and sober sailors and beautiful "local friends".

I became more curious and interested in photography; I started buying magazines with tips and tricks on how to capture a great shot and the corresponding photoshop techniques. I learned to shoot in RAW and how to process them. I realized I was being transformed from a hobbyist to someone who grew more passionately of photography. It was imminent. I felt the rush. I want to know more. I want to get better. I know I needed an education.

I am on track to get my photography degree.

I am building my portfolio.

I am starting my photography business.
