A one-day intensive workshop at Nigel’s Beauty Emporium with film & Television Hair & Makeup man John Blake. He has been department head on such films as: Iron Man 1 and 2, Angels & Demons, and Tropic Thunder, to name a few. And joining him was the renowned wig master Justin Stafford. He has made wigs for such films as: Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, The Runaways and How the Grinch Stole Christmas.
Workshop focused on, How to measure and make a pattern to construct a perfect fitting wig, How to select the proper lace and hair for a specific look, How to block up lace for beards and moustaches, ventilating technique and different wig preps for all types of hair.
