About Me

They/Them

Mentors are a huge part of my life and success. My alias is a testament to this and my shooting style is heavily influenced by Henri Cartier-Bresson's theory of the decisive moment. I'm inspired to be in the company of Adams, Weston, McGinley, Evans, Winogrand, Richardson, Stieglitz, etc... Robert Mapplethorpe is who I aspire to make proud.  I’m here to create art works that evoke something in anyone.

Just as greatness inspires me as an artist and influences my art, so does mediocrity. Lousy photographers and boring photography are a source of motivation. We all create lousy work, we shouldn’t expose innocent eyes to it. My main goal is to develop a body of work that everyone involved can be proud of and work that will transcend the transient.

I've been shooting professionally since age 16, "almost famous" feels a little like a  documentary to me. I began shooting concert photography, shooting most of the major rock and roll acts of the late 90's, if you can name them, I've probably shot them. I've been published and have exhibited work. I've had the incredible fortune of doing a lot of cool shit and I want to do more. I’ve been out of photography for a while now, handling life, but I’m ready to get back to it. I'm ready to take my work and my ideas to the next level, looking for the right collaborators.

I work in the music industry as a production manager for one of the best venues in Southern California, I’m also the Founder and CCO of a concert production company, and recently launched a new media production company too. Few things bring me as much joy as bridging my two passions, music and photography. Sometimes that means shooting the musicians and sometimes that just means shooting with music playing.

Looking forward to creating art with like-minded artists!
