Hi there, I am an advertising photographer based in Cumbria, England. I was born in Whitehaven but have spent most of my career working in Liverpool, only returning home in 2010. In Liverpool I photographed models for make-up studios and also worked in the music industry. Since returning to Cumbria my work has mostly been of a corporate nature, and while shooting people is a big part of my work, this is usually in a business setting (working with subjects who aren't used to being in front of the camera).

In the past I have been adapting my style to my customers' requirements, however in order to carve out my own niche I am now planning on developing a style I can call my own. At this stage I'm still open as to exactly what that might be, so any models working with me at this point would have a lot of input into the planning of the shoot.

I have recently managed to arrange a studio space so am looking forward to getting back into portrait photography, as well as building up a network of models to call on when my advertising work requires it.
