Photographer Lumiere was born in Hokkaido Japan, where she gained her natural ability to appreciate photography and art at an early age. She has also resided in Tokyo, New York, Paris and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her extensive travels abroad provided exposure to different cultures, customs and people. Her specialty is in the capturing images of people. Her photography works includes black and white photography as well as portfolios in portraiture, fashion portraits, editorials and many more. Her photographs have been on display in galleries, group shows, published in books, newspapers, and photographer’s forum. She is currently working as a photographer for a SF Bay area based newspaper. In her spare time She is also pursuing photography classes through the City College of San Francisco.Moved LA in 2017.
