About Me

I am trying to break into the fitness and wellness scene. I work as a physical therapist assistant, I currently compete in state and national physique contests, which I have placed 1st at the MN Northstar Bodybuilding and Physique Championships. I would like to get my IFBB pro card and continue to compete. I enjoy helping others achieve their fitness goals as well.
