Dressmaker, makeup artist, stylist. Based in Oxford, England, Dress.Simple is an outfit set up by an imaginative artist-in-the-making with a love for creating something out of nothing.

My makeup artistry and shoot styling stemmed from the discovery that I am capable of altering a person's appearance or highlighting their beauty to assist a photographer in telling a story through his or her images. My enjoyment grew as I saw my creations captured in photos, and saw the stories behind each one revealed which each new image. To be able to work with a photographer or model in bringing into reality a half-formed idea is rewarding, and these skills are ones I'd love to continue to develop.

I don't do shoots involving nudity or any sexual images, whether suggestive or obvious. I much prefer creating a character for the camera to capture (especially fantasy based), or working with a model in highlighting or emphasising his or her own natural beauty, according to their preferences. I would love to add a bodypainting shoot to my portfolio, and am always up for collaborations.

I am available to work with photographers and models in and around Oxford on a TFP basis, but will have to ask for travel compensation if a shoot requires travelling out of Oxford. Due to other work commitments I generally need a couple of weeks notice to organize in time for a shoot, please keep this in mind if getting in touch!
