About Me:
My work has been widely published in magazines, newspapers, calendars and across the web over the last 30 years. These days, I only tend to work with models that share a vision of creative collaboration, that have a proven record of achieving ‘high-end’ results.

My Work Ethos:
In my personal opinion, every single image that is worthy of inclusion in a portfolio should be a beautifully crafted, perfectly exposed photograph that has a clear degree of artistic merit. I always strive to achieve that by planning each and every shoot meticulously, working hard with the model to produce a collaborative work we both can be proud of.

Levels:
Levels will always be clearly agreed prior to each shoot and be appropriate for the task at hand. I will *never* push for anything over what has been agreed in advance. However, *Please Note*: ‘Nude’ and ‘Art-nude’ ALWAYS means wearing NO CLOTHES; After many years in the business, I still can’t work out why this comes as a surprise to some models!

Themes/Ideas:
The work that I am currently producing is wide and varied, and includes themed shoots with specially constructed sets and props, with styles ranging from portraiture to alternative, art-nude and erotica. There is certainly something in my ‘to do’ list that will suit every type of model and every level of work.

What I Do...
Quality, artistic, glamorous photography to all levels that is enhancing to the portfolios of both the model and myself. I always plan shoots well in advance, and provide models with a detailed shootplan with ideas and examples to work towards.
What I Don’t Do...
Photography in the generic ‘pro-am style’ that seems to predominate many online ‘models’ portfolios, or 'cheesy glamour' snaps (unless of course it's being done deliberately as a total pisstake :-} )
Misc Stuff...
• I am happy to work from my own home (my wife makes great coffee) or in model's homes, hotels or any other appropriate locations, although many of my planned shoots these days tend to be selected quality studios or at private outdoor locations.
• I always insist on releases to be signed, even if just as a record of a shoot.

TFP:
I *will* consider some TFP projects with {experienced} models, but only if the model is willing to fit in with the work ethos above. I tend to work models hard at shoots, however I feel the results are always worthy of the extra effort we both put in.
