About Me

My name is Amira Whitaker and I am a 24 yr. old aspiring actress/entertainer (actress,singer and print model), who joined a local theater at the age of 7 and been acting since. I have been singing since the age of 10, began open mics at the age of 13 and took classical style vocal lessons for 3 yrs during high school. I moved to Los Angeles a few summers ago from the Philadelphia area in pursuit of my dreams. I am currently studying fashion marketing at the Art Institute of Hollywood and looking for as many acting/singing/modeling jobs as possible in order to gain exposure/experience and make connections. I have experience in theater, some film, music videos production and I am also skilled at improvising along with character acting. I am very determined, dedicated and hard-working.
