I'm a photographer, painter and accomplished Photoshop user, and I use all three of these for my current project. To describe it simply, I am combining photos of models with art. Sometimes, incorporating body painting, but always Photoshop. The photos here will give a better idea of what I mean.
TFP is preferred, of course. I'll pay a reasonable fee if I really want to shoot with you, but if you're paid, don't expect images also. TFP is Trade for Print. Fee is money. I shoot in the East Village area. Best of luck with your particular vision.
