I am currently in my final year at university studying Computing. Started working out properly with more focus and discipline June/July 2011. Started out at 273lbs.
Since becoming more serious in the gym I have become friends with a lot of uk competition winning body builders, figure models and Olympic athletes. As a result I have been able to pick up on thinks that I have used when training.

I currently do weight/strength training with some mixed martial arts/boxing training as well as plyometric style and sprint training.

My goals this year include:
300kg dead lift
180kg (now 200kg) bench press
200kg (now 250kg) back squat
10ft+ Vertical jump

I am a vegetarian and have been my whole life, so when I first started training I wanted to see what kind of progress I could make being a vegetarian.
I hope to try out some fitness/sports modeling as I am very interested in fitness, and would like another challenge.
