Justin Tyler Ellingwood (born March 27, 1993) known by his stage name, J. Tyler, is an American rapper. Currently reigning as the Best Gay Musician of Atlanta by the readers of GA Voice, he is a highlight of the Atlanta music scene. He has set stages as venues such as The Havana Club, The Music Room, My Sister’s Room, Little Kings Bar (Athens, GA), Go Bar (Athens, GA), Lebuzz, Jungle, Burkhart’s, The Laughing Skull Lounge, and Park Tavern. He’s headlined major events such as the 4th annual Rainbow Days at Six Flags over Georgia, and is also a spokesperson for the HIV/AIDS prevention compnay, Protect Your Monster. He has donated his time and talents with charities such as Lost-N-Found Youth and Pets Are Loving Support (PALS). From his quick-witted and fast-paced lyrics to his unique delivery and flow, J. Tyler is on his way to making history.
