Risa Rimendi was born and raised in Jogjakarta, Indonesia, where he was first introduced to photography and computer technology. At the outset, he spent most of his time taking photograph of his family and friends, particularly his older sister, because of her desire to became an actress. Nevertheless, only after graduating from high school, then he realized his deep passions in arts.He started early in his career as graphic designer, art director and digital imaging artist. Even so, only in photography where he truly finds his desire.

Risa or widely known as Ririm has photographed numerous wedding party. His clients are widely spread across nation.

He is currently based in Jakarta.
