I have to admit, our recent shoot was something I entered into with a certain amount of anxiety...due to my ignorance of snakes. When we first started, my nervousness and fear required me to count all your fingers...the fact that you had 10 was somewhat reassuring because I wanted to end the shoot with 10 fingers myself.
After about 3 minutes, I was thoroughly convinced that you really understood what you were doing and had a deep understanding and appreciation for snakes. That helped reduce my anxiety.
By the time the shoot was over, I had a much different attitude toward these beautiful and magnificent reptiles...and a LOT less fear. Each was different and each uniquely beautiful.
