About Me

Hello,
I'm looking to make a nice portfolio of model-centric photomanipulation pieces. I have a severe physical disability [SMA type II] and I use a power wheelchair to get around. This forces me to use unique methods of producing art. I am working on raising funds for a custom designed camera rig, so I'll no longer rely on people to assist in my camera work, but before I can gain momentum, I need a good collection of works to demonstrate my skills. If you are a model in the Philly area and want to help me achieve this goal, don't hesitate to contact me! :)

My preferred style is more an acid-pop mixed with a pseudo-post-impressionistic high postproduction approach leaning towards fantasy/surrealism. I'm a natural storyteller and poet, but I prefer to have the model greatly participate in the creative/planning process of a shoot to ensure she is comfortable with, and enthusiastic about the project. I mostly take pictures on my cellphone, then severely edit them on photoshop to add a creative and personal perspective to each piece, but I also may work with a proxy photographer, and a tripod, as I direct the shoot.

I'm told to be extremely funny and a true joy to be around. I tend to perpetually slip into deep conversations, and take every moment as a chance for innovation and creativity.

Brief on my experience:
I went to college for digital animation, and I have done a bit of glamour/fashion photography, and some image consulting.

Well, please check out the few samples I have up, and if you like what you see, feel free to PM me, so we can start brainstorming!
