Hi I'm Desiree - thanks for checking out my photography services! I've loved taking pictures for as long as I can remember and have always had an affinity for cameras. I spent 11 years as a print reporter, often taking the photos that accompanied my news stories and have (happily!) become the default photog for family and friends. I'm particulary drawn to capturing candid moments and am awed by the ability to pause time through photographs. One moment it's documenting the present and in the very next second, it's preserving the past. Amazing.

I've joined the Model Mayhem community in the hopes of meeting other photo enthusiasts on both sides of the camera and expanding my portfolio. If my work has caught your eye, let me know because I'd love to collaborate with you.
