My name is Christian and I'm looking for female models with beautiful faces and bodies, energy, and creativity who will enhance my portfolio. My appreciation for women and wanting to make them look as beautiful as possible is my motivation for doing this.

Modeling Fees:
I will pay reasonable fees based on the look and experience of the model and on the requirements of the shoot. Payment of the agreed upon fee will be made in cash at the end of the shoot. I do NOT make advance deposits or use cash apps.

If the model is receiving a fee then she relinquishes all control over the shoot beyond anything that has been already agreed upon. I will have sole discretion on all aspects of the shoot from the shoot itself to post processing, what the images will be used for, and where they will be posted. I typically give the model all images directly out of the camera in high resolution jpeg format within a day of the shoot and any images that I have retouched/edited as they are completed. However, if I have paid you a modeling fee I am not obligated to do this.

Transportation/Travel Expenses:
The model is responsible for her own transportation to the location unless other arrangements have been made. In general, I don't pay travel expenses but for the right model I will consider something reasonable.

TF shoots:
If we are doing a shoot where no money changes hands then the model and I have equal control over all aspects of the collaboration. If a time conflict arises top priority will be given to models who have paid me, next to TF shoots and lastly, to models who have accepted a fee. Once the model accepts a fee (excluding any wardrobe that she may receive from me) she relinquishes all control over the shoot and any subsequent decisions or actions taken about the images. However, I do understand that circumstances change and if you'd like me to take an image down from this site or any other image sharing site I will do so.

Escorts:
Escorts are welcomed and encouraged! The only exception is children. I do not want young children running around while I'm conduction a shoot.

Cancellations:
If the model feels that there's a possibility that she may have to cancel then she should contact me as soon as possible and I will do the same. 

If a shoot is scheduled and I don't hear from the model by the evening before the shoot I will consider that a cancellation. If the model shows up late, or unprepared to shoot, meaning she didn't do or bring something that was agreed upon, or if she's visibly ill or under the influence of alcohol or drugs, I will reserve the right to cancel on the spot and she will not receive her fee.

Weather:
If an outdoor shoot is scheduled it's assumed as being "weather permitting." Wind, rain and cold weather (below 70 degrees F) are the primary weather related reasons for canceling a shoot and the decision to cancel will be mine and may be made up until the time of the shoot. I am open to discussing alternative dates and locations but I'm not obligated to agree to them.

Friend Requests
I only accept friend requests from those who I have worked with or am considering working with.

Model Releases:
Models will NOT be required to sign model releases or any other bull shit documents.

Image Ownership:
If I'm paying a modeling fee then the images belong to me to do with as I please. I am not obligated to provide the model with anything after the shoot other than her fee. However, it has been my practice to provide all models, paid or TF, with all unretouched image files in a high resolution jpg format within 24 hours of the shoot to download and do with whatever she pleases. All I ask is that she doesn't credit or tag me on any unretouched images or images edited or retouched by someone other than me without first asking for my permission.

I retouch/edit the images that appeal to me. However, I will also retouch several of the model's choices if they are suitable representations of my work. Retouched images will be made available to the model by the same means and in the same format as unretouched "proofs" once completed.

If the model is receiving a modeling fee then I reserve the right to use the images for any reason I choose. If you're a nude model and are being paid as such, don't contact me after the shoot and  ask me not to post nude images of you. If we are shootiing non-nude and there was a "wardrobe malfunction" or lady parts have been inadvertently captured on film or video, I will not post them without your permission. If we did a TF shoot I will not post any images that you don't want me to post and I will remove posted images upon the model's request, no questions asked.

I'm fully aware that the circumstances in life change and after a time a model may no longer want provocative images of herself posted on social media or other image sharing sites. If that happens, the model should contact me, explain what has changed and request that the images be taken down. If I believe the circumstances warrant it, the images will be taken down. This holds true for paid and TF shoots.

Any money made from the model's use of the images is hers to keep and likewise for me.

Makeup/Nails and Wardrobe:
Unless otherwise agreed upon the model will be responsible for doing her own hair and makeup. Also,the model should make sure her nails are presentable and that all areas on the model's body that are usually shaved be shaved or groomed. No hairy legs please. If you will be bringing wardrobe then make sure it is clean and in ready to wear condition. If I provide wardrobe it will be new,  in it's original packaging, and yours to keep after the shoot.

Pets
I have cats so if you're allergic then take the necessary steps to mitigate any allergic reaction that you may have.
