Simone is at heart a true European romantic. Swiss by birth, citizen of the world by experience, Simone has traveled the globe in search of beauty and meaning. From the sands of Algeria where she spent a year camped in a photographer’s van to the art school she attended in Paris, Simone lives as both artist and muse. 

Her early paintings––languid, sensual depictions of the female form expressed in the colors of the Mediterranean, were the tip of the creative iceberg. From there Simone pursued photography as a means to celebrate the beauty of women and their stories.

Simone's latest photographic project honors the strength, beauty, respect, and love that women share for their pets. And that's pets of all types -- dogs, cats, rabbits, snakes, birds, horses.....any animal who is madly in love by their owner. As for the owners, Simone is looking for women of all types as well -- ladies of all ethnicities, bodies, looks, and styles please apply.

The special twist in this pet project is that the women will be photographed in sensual attire (see portfolio for examples). Simone would like to photograph the women individually from their pets as well.
