Lindsey Misale, Director of Education, is a natural leader. Her many accomplishments include a honorable discharge from the United States Navy, graduating from Capri College of Beauty, owning her own salon and managing other high-end salons.

She has held national education, development and training positions simultaneously during her managing tenure and most recently was with Schwarzkopf Professional. Her experience includes editorial work, Fashion Week, runway shows and she has been on tour with Teri Dougherty, Nick Arrojo and Sonya and Christopher Dove.

Misale is consistently evolving and pursues personal growth through Landmark Education, her practice of Bikram yoga and avidly volunteers for The Beauty Bus Foundation.

"My experiences have allowed me to develop as a reliable and creative leader, with an ability to accomplish multiple tasks under any circumstance," says Misale. "I have a strong commitment to the professional salon industry and firmly believe as you teach, you learn from others."
