I have done various types of artwork (drawing, painting, sculpture) and played the violin for many years. I also enjoy listening to and discovering different types of music. In addition, I enjoy writing fiction and poetry, meditation, yoga, swimming, exploring new places, going out to eat, and visiting museums. I love beautiful artwork and paintings, particularly Surrealist and abstract art.

I wake up everyday and remind myself to be grateful for the breath. :) My passion is Mindfulness and Eastern spirituality. It changed my life and I just finished writing a book about it.
