My first camera was a TLR Yashica-44, 127 film.  I took it with me everywhere I went, but as time went by, I had less time for photograph due to my job.  When I retired a year and a half ago, I decide to get back into photography, but not with my long gone Y-44.

Currently, my photography preferences are female fashion, glamor, and pinups (vintage and contemporary) – studio, outdoor, or on location.  I am open to other genres and venues so feel free to suggest.  As a side note, I also enjoy wildlife and landscape photography – mostly in National Parks.  I like to work with models who are enthusiastic and energized, and that can use their creativity and couple it with mine to take the best possible shot.  I am always open and appreciative to suggestions during the shoot.  I enjoy working with lights (white or colored) to create shadows.  To date the local and traveling models that I have worked with have been truly professional as both models and businesspersons, which is what I prefer. 

I am easy going and like to have fun, especially when shooting.  Life is too short for stress.  For me the best part is the shot itself and when things are going right getting into the zone.
