Male model local to DC area and willing to travel. I'm open to shoots of many types, even some of the "weird stuff." Currently seeking creative and artistic photographers.

I guess I should elaborate: As much as i enjoy creating classic looking imagery, i'm keenly interested in challenging how the black male form is seen and viewed, especially unclothed. I personally disapprove of the hypermasculine and hyper sexual stereotypes that pervade society's view of black male bodies and, in my work, would like to confront that image and turn it on its head.

If it were possible, i'd want to erase gender from people's view of me and only be viewed as a canvas on which to paint new imagery, or a clay to be sculpted into new forms of representation for blackness, maleness, and physicality in general. I'd like to capture dynamic movement and posing in a way that demonstrates grace without forsaking strength, as the two go hand in hand.
