My name is Allen Baytes. I come from a family of artists. Photography and art is in my DNA. I did not pick up the camera until late in life. When my father gave me his Nikon D7000. It sat in my closet for almost 2 years because I was too intimidated by it and was not going to shoot any photographs until I was good enough to show my family.

Fast forward to present. When I started shooting, people kept telling me how much they liked my images. I have no formal training. Everything I've done (from figuring out that camera) to what I do today is self taught.

Why should you shoot with me? Because I have no restrictions or preconceived notions of what's what/ I love what I do. Women tell me all the time how much they enjoy working with me. If you can't laugh then you won't enjoy working with me because we laugh - a lot! I am very laid back but a bit OCD when it comes to lighting. For some reason people keep coming back. Additionally within the past 3 years I have been published 5 times in a national newsstand magazine.

Always looking for models to test with! If you need to build your portfolio, are looking for a different look or want to work with an artist is is open to whatever you want to shoot, I would love to work with you.
