Whitaker Malem are a duo of Designer Artisans who have been working in the area of body based design for 30 years-from our studio in north London.
Patrick Whitaker & Keir Malem are renowned for their leather creations have worked on their own collections & have also created catwalk pieces for Alexander McQueen (for his first Givenchy haute couture show), Hussein Chalayan, Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci & more. They have also worked also on movies for over 10 years creating the Dark knight Batsuit & the original Captain America suit - & most recently creating costume armour for the Wonder Woman movie.
Whitaker Malem have an ongoing creative relationship with legendary Pop Artist-Allen Jones, for whom they create leather covered female body sculpture .
We are now turning our attention to new work under our own Whitaker
Malem brand - in the area of Art/Craft/Fashion & we are seeking to cast both Male & Female models to photograph & 3D scan for this project.
