"I caught Christie on a rare visit to the States. We had been Tumblr friends, admirers of each other's art for years; he made a special trip to LA to work with me, while visiting NorCal. I was simply lucky enough to work with him, to have a little fun with him in front of the camera. It's wonderful working with other artists who know and like your work: their own understanding of the process allows them to simply get of the way, without ego, and let you do your thing.
