Coming straight out of one of the hottest cities on the east coast, Brooklyn native Donna Howard has been slaying the beauty industry for over 13 years. Through out her journey she has evolved not only with skills in hair styling but she’s advanced with nail and makeup artistry as well. After spending many years behind the chair with private clients, she decided to push her talents towards weddings, photo shoots, fashion shows and all things editorial. Next up, Donna plans to take the film and tv industry by storm.
