Hello, my name is WooMing Smalls. I'm a 20-year-old currently located in San Francisco. My ultimate dream would be to travel the world as a high fashion model, but seeing as I'm only 5'6", my goal now is to make it as a commercial model. I've been working at the Academy of Art University as an art model, collaborating with different kinds of artists, building experience that way, and meeting with various photographers to build my portfolio. I'm beautifully photogenic and leave a positive experience with anyone I meet. I want to be a professional model not just because I want to show everyone how photogenic I am but because I love the creativity that goes into the profession. As a model, I might have to do or wear something that doesn't really represent who I am, but at the end of the day, no matter who is taking the picture or who's dressing me, I'm the one in front of the camera. How I show up can make or break a project, which might pose challenging, but it's one I welcome. The way you choose to show up in the world, on or off camera, can say a lot about who you choose to be, whether you realize it or not. I've never been one with a lot to say, but a single picture can say a thousand. I want to show the world no matter how people may see me, I am still in control over who I am and who I choose to be.
