I am primarily a landscape photographer but am now branching out into model photography as I have a lot of ideas/imagery that I want to be able to express.  I offer mostly TFCD work with models and this site has been a great way to connect so far. I'm really looking forward to getting involved in this as I've always wanted to move outside my landscape box and this seems a perfect group to do that.

I've been a photographer for over 5 years, and recently upgraded my equipment which has allowed more flexibility in my shooting choices.  I've done a number of group shoots as part of the Seattle Photography Associates, and would love to work on more outdoor shoots, as that would complement my landscape background more.

I also have a background in 3D modeling which gives me a good sense of the 3D space, lighting and creative angles, all which lend themselves to my photography.  I'm also an artist and paint with acrylics, doing landscapes and "emotionscapes".  Having the artistic background really helps me to be able to frame things even before I look through the viewfinder on the camera, so I've always felt that I've been successful at composition that way.  I usually see something, pick up the camera and "balance" it, based on what feels right in my mind when I frame the shot.
