About Me

Hello!  I had the posted headshots (untouched proofs) taken in June 2007 to document what I look like at this age, since I hadn't had professional photos taken in a very long time.  My photographer suggested I consider doing commercial work because I take direction well.  She referred me to an agent, who hesitated to work with me because she feared my full-time job would interfere with my availability to go on auditions (not to mention my lack of experience).  I've since quit my banking job (and before that I worked as a CPA  - so this is quite a change) and now have more time to explore more creative endeavors. 

A friend recommended the site to me as a potential place to get started, and to build my book - so here I am!  Although the "ordinary person" look might be most suitable for commercial work, I might like to see if I am more versatile, and to get feedback on what others think my strengths/correctable weaknesses might be & whether anyone has any use for me in this capacity.  I'd also like to learn more about makeup application for photos.
