I am a bubbly, confident, outgoing individual who thrives on life. I have heaps of enthusiasm and always up for a new challenge.

I enjoy parties, socialising, shopping and keeping fit.

I am really interested in glamour modelling, promotional work and pole dance work. I am a keen pole dancer and have been teaching pole and lap dance for 7 years.

I am available 7 days a week and am willing to travel anywhere as I drive and own my own car. I am extremely reliable and punctual.

2008 - Pram Face Mansion - BBC3 - Instructor
This show was about 10 single mums and their journey to gain confidence. I was asked to come in and teach the ladies the art of pole dance and burlesque.

2007 - Urban Music Awards - Channel U - Presenter
Among a host of celebrities, I was kindly asked to present 2 awards at the ceremony, best unsigned act and best UK radio station.

2007 - Babe Central - SKY 953 - Presenter
This is an interactive channel where viewers call in to speak live to the presenters.

This is an interactive channel where viewers call in to speak live to the presenters.

2004 - Bump n Grind 2 - Trouble TV - Entrant
Big Brother type show, this show was a search to find the UK's top street dancer. Out of thousands of entrants, I reached the finals. Although I did not win, I was extremely proud to have got to the finals on only a pole dance background.

2003 - Trisha - Channel 5 - ‘Sexpert’
I appeared on a panel of 'sexperts' giving advice on being confident. I also taught a viewer a lap dance to perform on her husband on the show!

Dancing experience

2003 - present - Pole dance instructor -Pole Central UK
During my time at Pole Central I have taught thousands of women the art, including Amanda Holden (Cutting It), Charlie Brooks (East Enders), Sarah Dunn (Hollyoaks) and Elize Du Toit (Hollyoaks).

2004 - Bump and Grind 2 - Entrant
During my time in Bump and Grind 2, we undertook a vigorous training regime packed full of gym, dance and performing. We experienced various types of classes such as ballet, jazz, bashment and even circus training.

I have also done various podium style work in nightclubs all over the UK as well as dancing at corporate events such as the Christmas party for Carlton Screen Advertising.
