My philosophy is to enjoy the process and take pleasure in the journey. Sure, reaching the goal is good, but there are so many lessons to be learned from getting there.

I like to experiment.  I'm always open to trying new things.  If you have an idea or concept that you'd like to try, just let me know.  I prefer to collaborate rather than to dictate.  Two minds are ALWAYS better than one.

My style is laid back and focused.  I always have a clear vision, but I believe it is VERY important to leave room for spontaneity and inspiration.  Often the "random" or "accidental" shots prove to be the most brilliant.  There's something about freezing a spontaneous moment that is just completely candid and unrehearsed.  Those images are often the most honest.

I prefer to shoot on location.  Shooting outdoors is always an adventure.  One location can offer so many different possibilities.  And working with the variables (weather, people, setting, etc.) is a welcomed challenge. 


We all see the world through our own mental filter.  This is one portal to a small part of my vision.
