December 31, 2012 11:32am this exercise is called "just standing there looking hot". outstretch your arms comfortably, shift your hips so your weight is on one leg. hold for 30 seconds while the photographer takes a picture. :p switch legs, and repeat. you will have rock hard abs in 1 week.
