About Me

I am a Master Artist/Color Specialist/Texture Queen at Monica Foster Salon in Palo Alto, CA with over 12 years of hair and makeup art experience.Though my primary job is behind the chair, I am currently working on photo shoots for personal portfolio development, to enter into hairdressing competitions, and for just plain FUN.

I am always looking for local models and photographers to work with on these shoots! I need models who are willing to be shot in more avante-garde or dark/fetish looks as well as classic, commercial types of shoots. Most shoots are TFP/TFCD at the moment, but will consider more paid gigs in the future. Please contact me if you would be interested in participating in any photo shoots, or if you have a fantastic idea for a shoot.

On a personal note, I will always be looking for dancers and former dancers to work with, as I myself danced for 15 years... long, long ago. But I retain my deep love for the grace and power of a dancer's body, and will always try to make myself available for shoots involving beauty and form in a dance setting.

One final note: I work full-time on my clients and am also a full-time college student, so my time during the semester and around finals time is extremely limited. If you contact me for a shoot and I don't respond right away, please don't be offended. I simply do not have time to work with you on the project you're proposing, but please keep me in mind for future shoots. Many thanks, everyone!

On Sunday August 21 I am having a photoshoot at 10:00 in the morning. I have three different looks/concepts consisting of 1 clean agency look, 1 sexy glam look and 1 dramatic/edgy/colorful look. I am still looking for a hair stylist for the photoshoot. Would you be interested in styling my hair. It will take place in Sunnyvale.
