Hi, my name is Chelin and I've been working with Photoshop for the past 5 years. I've been into graphic design for a while, but recently discovered a love for photo retouching and creative editing.  I currently work with Photoshop CS3.

I can do anything from simple retouching (blemishes, lighting, brightness and contrast, eye enhancement etc) to slightly more advanced photo manipulation including fantasy themes, vintage/antique themes, background changing (still working on my skill in that area however) and the like.  Just have a look through my portfolio to get an idea of what I mean if you're unsure.

I'll be starting at $5 per photo.  Depending on the difficultly level of the editing required, this price may raise a little.  When you let me know what kind of work you'd like done on your photos, we can discuss this. 
If you have 15 photos or more, there's a bulk rate of $2.50 per photo.
