A part time photographer doing mostly photo journalism, I now embark on a new creative venture. My Nikons and I have shared several thousand shutter clicks, capturing daily life, life changing catastrophe, and life’s celebrations.

I am shooting marketing and glamour photo's for a couple of projects and would like to share some of my work as well as network with others to help market myself. A photographer is only as good as his subject.

5.  Always be prepared to laugh while shooting with me, I'm a smartass
6.  Always willing to try something twice, might have screwed it up the first time.
7.  This is TEAMWORK.
8.  I'm always looking to shoot something out of the box. I'm sick of boring photo's.  Dark, edgy, something different.

A little note about me, I started out as a novice hack photographer in high school and college.  That went to the way side when I took a full time job as an EMT and eventually becoming a paramedic.  My camera was put up only to collect dust, I always promised it I would return one day.  Then I became a Police Officer and time became even more rare.  After I got hurt and hung up my gun belt, and became happily divorced, time became something I had again.  I began doing photo journalism because of my connections, it kept me in the heat of things without writing reports and going to courts, LOL.  Now I'm bored with the average shoots, and am dying to do SOMETHING EDGY.  HELP, lets work together and make something that makes people think, react, and want to tell their friends.

I’m getting ready to shoot the annual Larry’s Limousine calendar in the coming months. This year’s calendar will be more theme based with more attention to different models. I am currently trying to plan which model works best with which month’s theme. Open for any ideas and if you are interested email me. Some TFCD opportunities are available as long as they benefit our mutual interests. Escorts are welcome but please limit it to one or two max. Boyfriends sometimes complicate issues due to photo issues and personal involvement. Also if you are shooting with another girl your boyfriend might make them feel awkward. Just ask and we'll see what’s available.

This is a single story fire that i was able to beat the fire department to the scene.  The pics were requested by the Illinois State Fire Marshals office.
