I have been a health coach/personal trainer and actor for many years... Currently, my focus is on my Television show I am hosting and co-producing... it is an "Edu-tainment" based format - meaning educational in nature regarding content (health, nutrition, fitness, and general well-being).... but also entertaining and edgy, as we are going to air the show to a nationally syndicated Television network.

As for my background modeling, I have appeared in many commercial print ads, been a fitness model for many fitness-related  products (yes, you may recognize me from the box covers of fitness products you have bought at Sports Authority, Academy, Walmart, etc)... been a model for art/paintings, shoe-model, clothes model, model at live ultrasound/medical events (they say I have beautiful "internal" anatomy, LOL), etc, etc.

As for acting/spokesperson work, I have hosted Television shows, hosted exercise and wellness videos, been the lead in many commercials, independent films, industrial videos, voice-overs, and been a national spokesperson/host/emcee for major trade shows/conventions, and auto shows around the US as well.
