I learned lighting fundamentals and began shooting SLRs in High School and was heavily into photography for 4 or 5 years doing some freelance work for a few local publications along the way (all film work back then). Then my passions took me in other directions and I stopped shooting for quite a few years. Now I am back to shooting and loving all of the new tools that are available to today's photographers.

Took my first shot again on January 1st, 2010 and have spent hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars since then acquiring equipment, re-acquainting myself with the craft and learning what works and what doesn't work in the digital medium.

I would like to help aspiring models add some interesting shots to their portfolio while building up mine and perfecting my technique along the way.
