My name is Neil and I own Soigne Shots and Super Star Shots here in Chicago, IL. I've been designing for 13 years and feel I can produce any image possible. If you can think of it, I can make it happen. I am an extremely versatile retoucher and I actually repair skin instead of simply blurring it. However, if the soft focus blur look is what you like then I can also do that. Any look or feel you want for your pictures I can complete from basic to full digital photo enhancement.

Simple Price estimate is:
$8 per image
I charge $40 an hour for retouching.
I can do basic editing of 5 pictures in one hour.

Basic editing is:

Image sharpening
Eye enhancing
Skin smoothing
teeth whiting
Lighting/color correction
Environment rendering
Stray hair removal
Cropping

Things that take longer are:

Acme removal
Digital Skin Grafting - Repairs scars/tattoos
Slimming - Body, Face, Arms, ect
Removing dark spots under eyes
Nose/chin jobs or other digital facial surgery
Digital makeup
Detailed Arched Eyebrow
Background removal
or any graphics that need to be added.


Full background change is $50 and includes any retouching needed to perfect the image.
Changing the background on 2 images is $80
and 3 images is $110
4 or more are $35 each.

I accept cash or payment through paypal.
Turnaround is 48 hours after payment is received.
