My rates are typically $150/hr for photo retouching, although for single images that only require minor tweaks, a per-image rate can be quoted, depending on the image and the amount of work needed.

~body sculpting
~tonal/color correction
~photo restoration
~color to black and white conversion (not simply "desaturate")
~special effects (replacing heads, body parts, creature creation, adding or reducing makeup, etc.)
