Arend Anton Raifsnider has worked as a Photoshop retoucher for the the last five years. He began his career working on headshots for actors, eventually moving on to high-end automotive photography, until finally spending the last two and a half years on celebrity imagery. His work has appeared in many of the top magazines worldwide, often on the cover.

Arend believes that the intention of a retoucher should not necessarily be to hide a person's flaws but rather to enhance his or her strongest features.
