My name is Jigs Mayuga and i am a Freelance Makeup artist. I do work for TV & Print Advertising, Celebrity Makeup, Weddings and Magazine editorials.

I have a Diploma in Cosmetology from the Center for Aesthetic Studies in Manila (2004), a certificate in Fashion and TV makeup from Beauty Base London (London, 2007), a certificate in Advanced Makeup and Airbrushing from the Makeup Institute in The United States (San Francisco, 2008) and a certificate in Fashion Portfolio Makeup from Fashion UpToDate School in Milan (Milan, Italy, 2009).

I am also currently one of the Co-hosts of a makeover show on GMA NEWS TV 11 called Fashbook featuring model/actress, Solenn Heussaff.

Before going freelance I was the Chief Makeup Artist of L'Oreal Paris (2006 to 2010).

Prior to my work at L'Oreal Paris I also had a background in sales as a Makeup Artist/Counter Manager and Retail Specialist for the Japanese cosmetics brand SHU UEMURA (2005)

Other notable projects include being Chief Makeup Artist for 2 seasons of Project Runway Philippines (2008 & 2009) and Philippines' Next Top Model (2007). I was also the Creative Consultant for makeup for Philippine Fashion Week Holiday 2011 sponsored by L'Oreal Paris.

I also do makeup training and workshops for consumers and professionals.
