Jae Bennett was born in Kingston Jamaica on December 8th 1986. He spent 8 years of his childhood in his native country, Jamaica before migrating to the United States where he currently resides as a Floridian. He took on an early interest in fitness which would later become his undying passion.
He had always been fascinated with fitness from young; however, not until his mid teens, 16 to be exact did he start taking bodybuilding as a hobby. Bodybuilding became a means of stress relief and a modality of self-expression for him. This hobby sparked his undying passion for fitness. Fitness became apart of his identity. Now he has other interests in fitness which includes fitness modeling, advanced calisthenics and martial arts/wrestling.

He is also an online fitness trainer with several credentials who has a wide knowledge of health and fitness which he uses to inspire and encourage many others to achieve their fitness goals as well.
