Teresa Lee is a 11-time Kodak Award Winner.  Her work has been displayed on the Kodak Electronic Billboard in Times Square, NY.  She was voted Best Photographer in Colorado Springs in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 & 2015.

Teresa also maintains a studio space in New York and has worked with top modeling agencies for commercial projects in major magazines.


Teresa is now offering a pageant/modeling Bootcamp.  Teresa grew up in front of the camera as a model and held 27 beauty pageant titles before becoming a photographer.

She successfully coached a pageant contestant to the Ms. Arkansas title and is a judge for pageants in Colorado.

Her bootcamp is customized to fit your needs.  For pageants she coaches on preparation for the interview and runway, for models she will teach you how to understand lighting in a studio environment.  Most models don't understand what each light does and how their posing and movement impact the images.  They rely too much on photographers direction and in a true fashion shoot, the photographer will not have the patience to continue to correct you.  As, an example if you turn your back to the main light, your face will be in the shadow.  Or, if you slide to far back the rim light on your hair is no longer lighting your hair but casting a shadow on your face.  She also works with models to understand their body and what angles work best.  She will teach you how to position your body to get the best angle for the camera.

All instruction is done in our 2,000sf studio.  Training is conducted for $150 per hour.  While you will spend significant time in front of the camera (models), it does not include images.  However, you will receive a 50% credit of each hour toward a digital package to be completed at the end of your training.

This is not intended to be a slam, but we do not need "portfolio building" sessions.  We currently photograph over 400 sessions per year.  We do accept friend requests and will keep those models in mind for modeling jobs.  Or, if a model wants to hire a professional female photographer that can coach and help them to look their best, Teresa is the best around.
