Teng Wei dabbled in a variety of artistic endeavours before finding his niche as a photographer. Presently a Leica celebrated photographer in Malaysia, his work has extended to international fashion, gourmet food, sports, interior design and other commercial projects. In 2009, he is named Far East Travel Photographer of the year by the Master Photographers Association, UK; and received a distinction of Associate membership by the Royal Photographic Society of Great Britain, Licentiate membership by the Master Photographers Association, UK.
