About Me

My name is Lauren and I am a personal trainer who owns a private studio with my husband in Lake St. Louis, Missouri.  I got into modeling back in 2009 when I changed my body and starting really diving into fitness.  I have done several shoots since then, and just recently did an ad for Reebok that I am really proud of!  My goal in having a model mayhem profile, is to create awareness for myself.  I am very petite, but I am always in shape and strive to push my limits in all things I do.  I would love to have a career in modeling/fitness modeling alongside personal training.
